This policy explains how personal data may be processed when using the BEN-TECH website or contacting the company.

2. Data collected
We receive data directly from people who contact us by telephone or e-mail. This may include a name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name and information included in the enquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Enquiries and preparation of cooperation
Data is processed to answer enquiries, prepare quotations and take steps before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or for our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contracts and legal obligations
If an enquiry leads to a contract, data may be processed to perform that contract and meet tax and accounting obligations under Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
Legal claims
Data may be retained to establish, pursue or defend claims under the controller's legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients
Data may be made available, where necessary, to service providers supporting the controller, including hosting, e-mail, IT, accounting and legal service providers, subject to appropriate legal safeguards.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for the time required to handle correspondence and subsequently for the period needed to protect against possible claims. Contractual and accounting data is retained for periods required by law.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the controller using the details in section 1.
7. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Contact details are available at uodo.gov.pl.
8. Voluntary provision and automated decisions
Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to answer an enquiry or prepare cooperation. Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
9. Cookies and technical data
The current website does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. Once hosting is activated, its server may store standard technical logs, such as IP address, request date, browser type and requested resource, for security and reliable operation.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when website functionality, processing methods or applicable law changes. This version applies from 6 June 2026.
